Melanie Barton

Executive Vice President 

Experience
Ms. Barton is Executive Vice President of Coltala Holdings. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Progress Equity Partners where she managed investor relations, financial and tax reporting, marketing programs and general office administration. Prior to joining Progress Equity, Ms. Barton held various positions with Evolve Capital and Transition Capital Partners.

Ms. Barton has over 15 years of experience supporting merger and acquisition efforts. Her focus includes designing and deploying investor relations programs, market and industry research and legal due diligence and back office administration. In addition, she monitors current investments and serves as liaison with the management teams, lenders and investors of our portfolio companies.
