As former CEO of The Wiremold Company, he led one of the most successful Lean turnarounds in U.S. manufacturing, increasing enterprise value by over 2,400%. With over 30 years of experience implementing Lean across 30+ companies worldwide, Art is also the author of The Lean Turnaround and The Lean Turnaround Action Guide. He serves as a strategic coach and advisor to Coltala, supporting operational excellence across the firm’s portfolio. We have adopted many of his strategies in our operating businesses, including a profit-sharing model that provides true ownership for employees.
